As you know (I believe) the owner came out and repaired the faucet himself.We are immensely impressed and I want to emphasize that with the quality of service your company provided.
1) We called many companies to clean the gutters and most said they couldn’t do it - some rudely blew us off.
Your company set up an appointment instantly, and arrived within 2 days.
2) The work was done excellently, cleanly, and all the leaves were left in two neat trash bags.
3) When we had the problem with the broken faucet after the service, someone came out -the next morning- after my email to look at it.
4) We received a call that same day, and someone came out to repair the faucet free of charge the day we called back.
Now all is well and working again!
Customer service is so critical and your firm went -above and beyond- to keep our new business. We are impressed and thankful. We will be recommending your services to everyone we know that needs them, and we would like to set up a contract for cleaning in the fall and spring (my wife Tricia notified you of this; I believe the paperwork is forthcoming.) I don’t know what the prices are - I assume it is similar to one-time service but just regularly scheduled. I read about it on your supercoups coupon.
I will be sending payment for the cleaning on Monday.

I’ve always felt that a company is only as good as •the people who represent it. I must say without a doubt, you employ a winning team.
My husband and I own a rather large, home in Wilmington. We decided to have gutters installed and started to call several companies for estimates. One of the companies we called was yours.
A few days later, Paul arrived. After he measured and answered all our questions, my husband and I were so impressed with his knowledge to detail, his manner, his attitude and appearance, we decided to go with your company.
The next morning we dropped by your office to deliver a check. There we met two young, delightful women. They were so pleasant and efficient, that by the time we left the office, my husband and I were sure we made the right choice. A week later one of the ladies called to say two workers would be at our home to install the gutters.
Sure enough, early the next morning, Claudio and his helper arrived. This was not an easy job. They work hard and steady in 90’ degree heat. When they finished I can only say the job they did was beautiful. My husband and I could not be more pleased.
Even though they were dripping in sweat and must have been exhausted from going up and down the ladder a million times, their work was not done yet. I was shocked to see Claudio start to sweep the driveway of the little mess that was made while his helper picked up tools and equipment they used. I must say they worked so well together. I told Claudio that I would sweep the driveway later when it cooled down but he would not hear of it. And then he swept our front steps.
My husband and I are both seniors. Through the years we have come in contact with many different workers, some better than others. We just wanted you to know what a superior team of workers you employ. You must be very proud to have them represent you. They almost make spending money a pleasure.
